Questions about an official Williamson County docket, filing, certified copy, or hearing belong with the office that maintains the case. Use the routing below to distinguish district records from County Courts at Law, Justice Court, and city municipal matters.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Williamson County Court Docket is privately operated and is not affiliated with Williamson County or the Texas courts. We cannot retrieve records, issue certified copies, alter or seal a case, change a setting, or offer legal advice. Contact the responsible clerk or court for those services.

Route common Williamson County requests according to the court named on the notice or case:

  • District case documents or certified copies: contact the Williamson County District Clerk for felony, district civil, family, juvenile, and other district-court files
  • County Courts at Law records: contact the County Clerk Courts Division for county misdemeanor, civil, or probate files
  • A docket or case status: begin with the Williamson County Odyssey public portal, then ask the custodian clerk if the needed entry or document is unavailable
  • A hearing date: check the relevant court-date source and confirm the setting and appearance instructions directly with the assigned court
  • Justice Court or municipal records: contact the precinct court or issuing city's municipal clerk; those cases are not kept by the District Clerk
